บริษัทดำเนินการให้บริการผ่านระบบเครดิต (Point) โดยผู้ใช้บริการสามารถเติมเงินเพื่อแปลงเป็น Point และนำไปใช้สำหรับบริการต่าง ๆ บนแพลตฟอร์ม Jobbatune ทั้งนี้ ผู้ใช้บริการรับทราบและตกลงผูกพันตามนโยบายการคืนเงินที่กำหนดไว้ดังต่อไปนี้

1. นโยบายการไม่คืนเงิน
การเติม Point ทุกรายการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงินในทุกกรณี ไม่ว่าจะด้วยเหตุผลใดก็ตาม Point ที่เติมแล้วไม่สามารถแลกคืนเป็นเงินสด โอนให้บุคคลอื่น หรือเรียกร้องมูลค่าในรูปแบบใด ๆ ได้ การดำเนินการชำระเงินถือว่าผู้ใช้บริการได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และยอมรับเงื่อนไขนี้แล้วโดยสมบูรณ์ (No refund)

2. Point ที่ได้รับโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
Point ที่มอบให้แก่ผู้ใช้บริการในรูปแบบของโปรโมชัน รางวัล โบนัส หรือสิทธิพิเศษใด ๆ โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ถือเป็นสิทธิ์การใช้งานบนแพลตฟอร์มเท่านั้น Point ดังกล่าวไม่มีมูลค่าทางการเงิน และไม่สามารถแลกคืนเป็นเงินสดหรือสิ่งตอบแทนในรูปแบบอื่นได้ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดทั้งสิ้น (No refund)

3. การยกเลิกบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน
ในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้บริการประสงค์จะยกเลิกบัญชี Point คงเหลือทั้งหมดในบัญชีไม่ว่าจะเป็น Point ที่เติมเองหรือ Point ที่ได้รับโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย จะถูกยกเลิกทันทีนับแต่วันที่บัญชีถูกปิด โดยบริษัทไม่มีภาระผูกพันในการชดเชยหรือคืนเงินแต่อย่างใด

Jobbatune provides its services through a prepaid credit (Point) system, whereby users may top up their accounts and utilise accumulated Points across the various services available on the platform. By completing any top-up transaction, the user acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the following refund policy in its entirety.

1. No-Refund Policy
All Point top-up transactions are final and binding. The Company reserves the right to decline any and all refund requests, regardless of circumstance. Points that have been added to a user's account may not be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or claimed in any monetary form whatsoever. The completion of a payment transaction shall constitute the user's full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. (No refund)

2. Complimentary Points
Points distributed to users in the form of promotions, rewards, bonuses, or any other complimentary arrangement are granted solely for use within the Jobbatune platform. Such Points carry no monetary value and may not, under any circumstances, be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. (No refund)

3. Account Cancellation
In the event that a user elects to close or terminate their account, all remaining Points — whether purchased or received on a complimentary basis — shall be permanently forfeited with immediate effect from the date of account closure. The Company shall bear no obligation to provide compensation or reimbursement of any kind.
